Durham, NC -- Last year nearly 200 people participated in the first Duke Today Scavenger Hunt, searching through a week of Duke Todays to find information about Duke news and Duke University.
We’re coming back for a second Duke Today scavenger hunt beginning Monday, May 19, and running through Friday, May 23. This year, the winner will receive a new Flip video camcorder.
The rules are simple:
During the five business days of the event beginning Monday, new questions will be posted every day in the Duke Today Scavenger Hunt story asking visitors to search the site for answers. Sample question: What is the price of Dave Matthews concert tickets currently being offered in Trading Post?
Keep track of the answers each day and then return the next for additional questions. After the last questions are posted on Friday, May 23, you can print and fill out the form with the answers. Then send the form to Duke Today by e-mail, fax or campus mail.
All entries must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, May 30. On Monday, June 2, we will select one recipient to win the Flip cam.
Members of the Duke Office of News and Communications are not eligible to participate. All other Duke faculty, staff and students are.
If you have any questions, e-mail duketoday@duke.edu or call 681-4514.
