Durham, N.C. -- J. Bruce Harreld, IBM senior vice president and chief
strategist, will speak about the future of the IT industry at Duke
University’s Fuqua School of Business on Tuesday, Nov. 2.
The event, at 10:30 a.m. in Geneen Auditorium, is free and open to the public. It is part of Fuqua’s Distinguished Speakers Series, which exposes MBA students to top executives and corporate leaders.
Harreld, IBM’s principal strategist since 1995, will also discuss what the IT industry must do to become an agent for change in today’s competitive business environment.
Harreld is a member of the IBM Technology Team that examines the technical developments and trends that have the potential to affect both IBM and the IT industry.
